Refund policy
ALL SALES MADE DURING THE 40% OFF AFTER CHRISTMAS SALE ARE FINAL SALE.
We do not issue refunds at any time.
To Process a Return:
To return items, please ensure your return is within our return policy and meets all return requirements. After verifying this, please package the item either in its original package, or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment, as Ruby White Wear does not assume responsibility for damaged items during shipment.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the returned condition. Please consider purchasing tracking or delivery confirmation, as Ruby White Wear is not responsible for lost return packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for items returned to Ruby White Wear. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on Ruby White Wear’s behalf. After return is accepted, customer will receive notification via email of their Ruby White Wear store credit amount. If you have any questions about an online order, please email our Customer Service Team (sales@www.rubywhitewear.com).
If you believe you have received defected or incorrect merchandise, you must contact Customer Service within 3 days of the package's original delivery.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Shoes without the original box
- Items with hygienic liners may not be returned if the liner has been removed or tampered with, at the discretion of customer service.
